Named after the fields of bluebells my mother and her siblings played in during their childhood growing up in Scotland- Violet Plain embodies the beauty and magic of nature through contemporary garden style heartfelt designs. Over the last decade you could say I have fallen head over heels for floral design and I have spent that time growing in this love and skill set through developing my craft and finding my own personal style and way of storytelling through using florals as my medium. Violet Plain specializes in weddings and events and flowers in Charleston, South Carolina and surrounding areas of the Lowcountry. Outside of being a passionate designer I am a devoted mother to my magical little girl and I’m married to my soulmate. I have a background in photography and an overall love for the arts especially floristry and music.
